社員募集

1つ前の記事で、新会社を立ち上げた事を書いたが、4人で立ち上げた関係で事務とかデザイナーがいなくて色々不都合が。
そんなわけで試しにブログで募集してみる。
あ、ちなみに社長に許可を得たわけでもないので明日会社の人間も見るだろうし、何かあったらこの記事を削除すると思いますんで悪しからず。
まず、新会社と言う事で資本も少ないし、実績も全くないので安定を求める人には全く向きません。
また自分から積極的に仕事を作れる人じゃないと難しいです。
で、募集しているのはWebデザイナーとプログラマーかな。後は事務的な人がいればと思うけど。
まず、Webデザイナー。
求めているのは、最近のWebの動向を把握している方が望ましいです。
それと、シンプルな構成でセンスの良さを発揮出来るような方。
当然、開発陣との連携が取れる方。
社員と言う括りでなく、在宅や提携と言う形でも何でも良いです。
また、デザインだけでなく例えばディレクターとかその辺の仕事的な物も求めてます。
何かやりたい事あるけど、今の会社じゃ出来ないなとか趣味でWebデザインをやってるけど、個人じゃ出来ない事をやりたいなとか、そういった方いませんかね。
非常に我が侭な要望だが、こんな方が来てくれたら非常に楽しい。
スタンスとしては、うちの会社のWebデザイン部分のコアになってくれる方を育てようって感じなのでよろしく。
次に、エンジニアについて。
LAMP経験のある方で。
Pに関してはPHPでもPerlでも可。どっちかと言うとPHPが良いけど。
DBに関してはクエリーなら少しは知ってるよ的な方でも無問題です。
Webデザイナーの所にも書いたけど、Webの雰囲気とか動向を把握していて、今後こんな事やってみたいなとかそういった事を考えている方が欲しいなと。
ぶっちゃけ、開発スキルは鼻くそ程度でも良いので企画力とか行動力のある方が必要です。
最後に事務的な件について。
一応事務と言うか経理担当の女の子がいるので、今の所必要ないかなとは思います。
しかし、現在作成中のサイトのサポート担当とか業務が増えてきた時の事務とかその辺をやってくれる方が欲しいなと。
一番地味な仕事かなと思うけど、まだ何もない会社なので色んな事に挑戦出来ると思います。
と色々書いて見ました。
何度も書くが、まだ何もない会社なので明日どうなっているか分かりません。
しかし、やりたい・面白いと思った事は全てやろうぜ！ってノリでやっていこうと思ってます。
その辺に貪欲な方、これから事業を起こそうと思うがまずは勉強したいって方、どうですか？

とっくに自分で会社を作ってるか、良い会社に行ってるよね。。。
